The journalist of Rozderzhava and video blogger Stanislav Andreyev, who films stories about police misconduct, was detained in Krasnodar. Andreyev was detained near the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnodar, where he was covering one of the sessions. Andreyev was also asked for an explanation about the reference booklet, which the police referred to during the arrest. As a result, the journalist was drawn up a report on disobedience to the demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) and released. On March 24, the court arrested the blogger for 15 days.
