On 23 June, Arsen Torosyan, a deputy from the ruling parliamentary faction “Civil Contract”, published on Facebook his correspondence with Sona Grigoryan, a journalist from the daily newspaper Zhoghovurd. In it, while refusing to comment on the information presented by the editorial office, he displayed a discriminatory approach and stated that he would have answered the question had it been another media outlet, later adding: “Either false information was passed to the newspaper, or the newspaper invented it itself.”
