On September 4, Armen Mosikyan, director of the Byureghavan city outpatient hospital, filed a lawsuit to Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative district courts of general jurisdiction against “Zhoghovurd newspaper editorial” Ltd, founder of the “Armlur.am” news site, demanding a public retraction of statements allegedly damaging his honour, dignity and business reputation, and compensation of AMD 2 million. On September 27, court proceedings on the case began.
