In Chita, Yevgeny Sergienko, the editor-in-chief of a local branch of the “Moskovskiy Komsomolets” newspaper, was charged with inciting hostility and degrading a group of people on the basis of their nationality. Searches were carried out at Sergienko's place of residence and work, during which computer equipment was seized.
