On September 10, 2019, the Vologda City Court ordered compensation of 50,000 rubles to local blogger Yevgeny Domozhirov, acquitted in a case on defamation and extremism. The court found the activist not guilty of incitement of hatred and defamation but ordered him to 60 hours of community work for insulting a policeman.
