Yelena Weber, a Radio Azattyk reporter in the Karaganda region, reported an attempt by unknown individuals to enter her house and surveillance. She said that on 30th July a woman who introduced herself as an employee of the mayor's office of the Karaganda region tried to break into her home in Temirtau on 30th July. She showed a business card in the name of "Zhuldyz Zhubasbaeva" (such or a similar name was seen by the correspondent. - Azattyk). The woman asked questions about Weber's personal data and her family members. The journalist refused to provide this information.
