On October 25, 2019, Yaroslav Varenik, a correspondent for Arkhangelsk publication 29.ru, said that an administrative case had been opened against him under Part 2 of Article 5.26 of the Code on Administrative Offences (desecration of objects of religious significance) for posting the music video for the song "Yekteniya 1" by the Polish hard metal band "Batushka" on his page on social network VK in 2016.
