A bailiff came to the home of freelance journalists (married couple Volha Czajczyc and Andrei Kozel) and arrested the property for unpaid administrative fines. Journalists were repeatedly fined by court decisions under Article 22.9 of the Administrative Code for violating the Law on Mass Media - for cooperation with foreign media without accreditation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The bailiff also threatened to apply to the guardianship authorities regarding their children.
