In September 2019, the Presnensky District Court in Moscow sentenced Vladislav Sinitsa, who was charged with inciting hatred and hostility with the threat of violence (Part 2 of Article 282), to five years in prison for a tweet in which he allegedly called for subscribers to act with violence against the children of officers in the security services.
