On November 5, police detained Vladimir Putilin in Pushkin Square in Moscow. Gradus TV claimed that Putilin was "just on his way to the subway" to go home. In the Koptevo police department, a report was filed against him for breaking the peace by holding a protest (Part 5 Article 20.2 of the Code on Administrative Offenses) and he was then released.
