Vladimir Arsentiev, a journalist for the regional human rights organization “Za Prava Cheloveka” (For Human Rights), and Alexander Klochkov, an activist, were released after the filing of administrative reports against them. According to Arsentiev, the police behaved "like bullies". They were swearing, waving their arms and jostling, and in the subsequent report wrote that it was the journalist doing all this.
