On January 4, 2018, Vladimir Arsentiev, an author for the newspaper of the regional human rights organisation “Za Prava Cheloveka” (For Human Rights), was stopped by police, who called a tow truck, took the keys to his car, and took the journalist to a police station. He was released two days later.
