On August 7th, the head of the Dubrovin rural district, Bakhyt Zhusupova, filed a lawsuit to protect his honour, dignity and business reputation and compensate for moral damages against the director of Mass Media 2006 LLP (owner of the newspaper "The Quarter") Talgat Aidarkhanov, writer Viktor Miroshnichenko and source Viktor Golovanov. In the lawsuit, the head of the rural district demanded that the information that the list of land plots was agreed with him when announcing the competition for land allocation as untrue, and to oblige the defendants to refute them.
