Saule Seitkazina, a former employee of the Mayor's Office of the East Kazakhstan Region, filed a lawsuit with the Ust-Kamenogorsk city court to protect her honour, dignity and business reputation and for compensation of damages. The defendants in the lawsuit are the owner of the newspaper "Usinka Plus", "Noble" LLP, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper, Veronika Kazachenko, and journalist Viktor Skripnichenko.
