Journalist Vasily Utkin reported that he was attacked by an unknown man in Moscow. As Utkin wrote in his Telegram channel, he was sprayed in the face with an unknown sweet-smelling liquid, after which he felt "a little dizzy". Utkin noted that the assailant filmed everything on his phone – presumably to report back.
