Ulugbek Babakulov, a Fergana correspondent in Kyrgyzstan, reported to the editorial team of Fergana.ru, where he works, that employees of the criminal investigation department of the Chui regional police department were interested in him.In particular, on March 22nd, at about 16:00 while on his way home, the journalist noticed a Mitsubishi car, license plate number B8797AZ, and four strangers near the gate. They approached him and asked if he was Ulugbek Babakulov. After receiving an affirmative answer, they began to ask strange questions: what was his citizenship, why was he wanted for arrest, whether he had any relationship with the criminal world or OCGs (organised criminal groups).
