Elgiz Sadygly, the brother of the blogger Tural Sadygly, who lives in Germany, was arrested by police in Baku. Accused of disobeying lawful demands from police, Sadygly was sentenced to 30 days administrative arrest. Tural Sadygly said that his brother had been arrested and sentenced because of his activities.
