On March 16, 2019, the speaker of the Chechen parliament, Magomed Daudov (‘Lord’), recorded a video message addressed to Chechen blogger Tumso Abdurakhmanov, in which he declared a blood feud, after the blogger called Akhmat Kadyrov a traitor to the Chechen people.
