Journalists of Radio Liberty's Kazakhstan service, among others, were attacked at a press conference in Kazakhstan's largest city, Almaty, on July 22nd. A group of about 20 women in sportsclothes broke into a press conference at the headquarters of the Human Rights Bureau in Kazakhstan.In particular, the attackers pushed Radio Liberty reporter Nurgul Tapayeva and damaged camera operator Tokmolda Kusainova's equipment.
