In the district court No.2 of the Zhetysu district of Almaty, a criminal case was considered from Nurgul Adilova's application to prosecute Tokhniaz Kuchukov, correspondent of the newspaper "Time", for libel (Article 130, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan). On March 5th, the court ordered the termination of proceedings.
