The Pervomaisky regional court of Bishkek is considering the case against Temir Bolotbek, a teacher at the University of Construction and Architecture, for comments on Facebook. Prosecutors found that he had made calls for "ethnic hatred" in his comments. Bolotbek himself said that he had violated some ethics, but had made no incitements of discord.
