On October 19, Ararat and Vayots Dzor regional Courts of General Jurisdiction accepted for court proceedings a claim by the company “Lydian Armenia” against the journalist Tehmine Yenokyan. The company sought compensation of AMD 1 million and a public retraction for comments, allgedly discrediting the business reputation of the company, made during a speech that was live-streamed on Facebook.
