Tehmine Yenokyan, a journalist from “lragir.am”, said that employees of the company “Lydian Armenia" published a phone call with the journalist from a live broadcast and wrote to her with derogatory comments. She also said that some people were conducting surveillance close to her house, recording her going in and out. Tehmine Yenokyan reported this to the police. On September 25, the journalist received a letter from a unit of the Vayots Dzor police department, which said that a criminal case had been filed on the incident under Article 140 of the Criminal Code of Armenia, with the journalist recognised as a victim. Later, on September 30, the journalist was called to the police station for questioning.
