On the 17th of November Tamaz Shavshishvili, a journalist from TV company Rustavi 2, was kidnapped. He was taken captive by people in builders' uniform, pretending to carry out repairs at their neighbour's flat in Kiev. The journalist was handcuffed and a bag placed over his head.
