Stas Kiselev, a staff writer for "Time" newspaper in Kostanai, posted a statement on his Facebook page on May 11th about a possible provocation against him as a journalist. At the end of April, the Channel "Stas Kiselev" appeared on YouTube, which contained three files, the contents of which are intended to compromise high-ranking officials from the security forces. According to the journalist himself, there is nothing special about these videos: "The people in them are relaxing, celebrating something. They're dancing, even though they're in uniform.
