In Moscow, the Tversky District Court fined journalist Sofiko Arifjanova 10,000 roubles on June 9, who at a rally on March 26 collected information for the website of "Open Russia." She was convicted under Part 6.1. Article 20.2 of the Code on Administrative Offenses, since the court ruled that she ran out onto the road and interfered with traffic.
