Blogger Tikhonovsky, who was streaming from an opposition street action, was detained in Minsk. The car in which he was traveling was stopped by the traffic police, then riot police arrived. The blogger was ordered to go to the Leninsky District Department of Internal Affairs: he was kept there for two hours and a fine was issued (formally for incorrect tinted car windows).
