In St. Petersburg, police detained the editor of the YaGrazhdanin project Sergei Belyaev. A video from the scene appeared on the project’s Telegram channel. Belyaev was detained on suspicion of organising mass unrest, and taken to custody near his house. Police informed the man that a complaint had been filed against him on the charge.
