Sanat Urnaliev, Radio Azattyk correspondent for the West Kazakhstan region, posted a message on his Facebook page: "Everywhere I go, a police car is on my heels. This, of course, flatters me as a journalist, but still causes a nasty feeling." Urnaliev noticed that a police car was on duty near his house every other day.
