The Zelenodolsk City Court in Tatarstan ruled on the case of Rushan Kabirov, a journalist for “Rosderzhava”, detained during the dispersal of the "Shiyes-2" camp for environmental activists. Kabirov was charged with violating Part 1 of Article 19.3 (failure to comply with police orders) and Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 (organisation of mass gatherings of citizens in public places, disturbing the public order) of the Code on Administrative Offences. The journalist was fined 10,000 roubles.
