In May 2017, a court in Perm fined journalist Roman Yushkov 350,000 roubles, after he was found guilty of publishing a xenophobic post ("Tell the outsider – No”) under Article 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of national hatred). In July 2017, the Perm Regional Court reduced the fine to 200,000 roubles.
