In Ufa, bailiffs detained Rinat Rakhimov, the director of the publication ProUfu.ru, at his office, and fined Rakhimov 3,000 rubles. The director of the publication suggested that the incident could be pressure from Bashkiria’s Bar Association, which has been involved in a long-standing legal dispute with the publication.
