On September 4th, Nigmat Kubenov, former director of the KSU Centre for the Provision of Special Social Services for the Elderly and Disabled of the Pavlodar Region, appealed to the Pavlodar City Court again (previously, on August 26th, the court had dismissed his claim without consideration in connection with a statement from the plaintiff). The defendants in the new claim for the protection of honour, dignity and business reputation, as in the previous case, are the editorial board of the newspaper "Our Life" and correspondent Olga Voronko.
