On November 1st, Aleksey Vastrotin, the head of the district inspectors department of the Kostanai Police Department, sent a report to the head of the Kostanai Police Department, Meiram Bazarbayev. According to the report, it was established during internet monitoring that on October 11th 2018, Olga Likhograi, a correspondent of the weekly "Our Newspaper" published an article "Secret Apartments for the President" with attached photo-video materials, recorded by an unmanned aerial device. At about 5 pm, a district inspector and another plainclothes officer arrived at the editorial office. The district inspector took a note of explanation from the editor Gafurov that Likhogray was vacation and that Gafurov did not know how the video for this article was made. At the same time, he explained that the materials had been collected for transfer to the Civil Aviation Committee. On November 21st, an explanatory note was also taken from the editor-in-chief of "Our Newspaper". As Lihogray explained, she did not personally videotape the residence of the President of Kazakhstan in the Kostanai district with the help of a aereal device, as such devices are not available in the editorial office. She did not know who might have filmed the footage. The video was sent to the editorial office, but she doesn't remember how.
