Kostanai resident Asylbek Muldakhmetov appealed to Kostanai court No. 2 with a demand to prosecute the editor-in-chief of the weekly "Our Newspaper", Olga Kolokolova, under Article 130, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He believes that in Dmitry Petrenko's article "No one will return my face to me" ("ON", October 25th, 2018) the editor-in-chief had slandered him.
