The Temirtau City Court partially granted a claim to protect the business reputation of Okjetpes-T LLP against the editorial board of the newspaper "Temirtau Worker" and journalist Oleg Gusev, ordering the defendants to publish a refutation of the information that the company was unlawfully presenting invoices and receiving money. On 16th February 2017, the appeals court of the Karaganda Regional Court left the initial decision of the court and did not satisfy the defendants' appeal.
