On January 25th, the republican newspaper "Express K" published an article by its reporter Nurzhan Baymuldin, "I need a coach!" about an accident that occurred on 18th December 2017 on the Kokshetau-Krasny Yar highway which involved the official car of the KSU " Regional Communications Service (RCS). The car was driven by the head of the RCS Abai Bekbayev.The head of the RCS asks the editor-in-chief of the newspaper to "assess the actions of N. Baimuldin", otherwise he reserves the right "not to invite him to official press events."
