Additional information:

On the 16th of January, the managing director of television channel Rustavi 2 Nika (Nikoloz) Gvaramia was added to a list on the Ukranian website "Myrotvorets" (Peacekeeper) after the channel discovered letters, allegedly written by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to Russia's FSB. The website states "Carrying out an informational and psychological operation, aimed at undermining Ukrainian government institutions. Publication of clearly false information. Manipulation of socially important information." Myrotvoretz is formally a non-governmental organisation, but does not hide its "special" relationship with President Poroshenko. In March 2018, the deputy chairman of the UN monitoring mission on human rights monitoring mission in Ukraine Benjamin Moro announced that the website violated the right to a private life and the assumption of innocence by publishing the personal data of thousands of people, including media specialist and activists in non-governmental organisations, calling them supporters of rebels and "terrorism".
