The Director General of the Mtavari Arkhi TV Channel Nika (Nikoloz) Gvaramia was summoned to the State Security Service of Georgia, but he refused to comply with the request and said that he would have testified before the magistrate judge. Gvaramia says that he is unable to disclose questioning related details since the case involves classified information; however, he considers that declaring the case as classified is unconstitutional and preposterous. "Why overthrowing Bidzina Ivanishvili does not mean toppling the government, this is what they made me explain at the trial, and for this I feel ashamed," Nika Gvaramia told journalists after leaving the City Court.
