Journalist Nijat Amiraslanov was arrested in May. For a few days it was not possible to attain any information on his whereabouts. After four days the blogger's lawyer managed to ascertain tht the journalist was accused of resisting police. The lawyer said that Amiraslanov had been subjected to torture, and he was persuaded to drop his complaint on the arrest.
