At the polling station 32/31 in Gyumri, the work of Narek Kirakosyan, a journalist from the "Armtimes.com” news site, was impeded. Violating the provisions of the Electoral Code, the secretary of the commission did not allow the journalist to enter the polling station, saying that entering after 20:00 was not allowed. For almost an hour, the site correspondent knocked at the locked door of the polling station and regularly informed the CEC Chairperson Tigran Mukuchyan, and the Chairperson of polling station 32 Marzpetuni Margaryan of the incident. Eventually, the journalist managed to get into the polling station.
