Kirovskiy District Court in Kemerovo sentenced blogger Mikhail Alferov to 160 hours of mandatory work for a video about a rally against MP Aman Tuleyev. The court found that, in a video posted on YouTube, Alferov had encouraged people to come to an unsanctioned protest on July 1. The blogger pleaded not guilty.
