TUT.by editor-in-chief Marina Zolotova was found guilty under Art. 425 part 2 of the Criminal Code (inaction of an official) and punished with a fine of 300 basic units (7,650 rubles = 3098.59 USD). The court also ruled to collect from Zolotova an additional 6,000 rubles = 2430.27 USD) in favour of BelTA for legal expenses.
