Kommersant Publishing House fired Maria Karpenko, a St. Petersburg journalist for the Kommersant newspaper, on March 19. According to Karpenko on Facebook, the reason for the dismissal was her publication in the Telegram channel Rotunda, which "contradicted the editorial policy of the publication."
