Police in Dagestan compiled two reports on RIA Derbent journalist Malik Butayev for a video of seaside guerrillas saved in 2012 in VK and for a picture on which the logo of the football club "Anzhi" is superimposed on the coat of arms of the Third Reich. He was charged under Article 20.3 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses – the production and distribution of extremist materials – and Article 20.29 – propaganda or public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols.
