Additional information:

"Channel 31" correspondent for the Turkestan region, Maksat Zhaksybaev, went to the village of Kokibel in the Kazygurt district to shoot a gathering of teachers from the "Aizere" kindergarten (who were complaining about a constant delay in payment of wages). The head of the kindergarten forbade journalists to make videos or come to the school. Despite the threats, the film crew continued their work. After a while, a man drove up to the kindergarten. He refused to introduce himself. The unknown man began to push the cameraman and threaten the journalist that he would not leave the village alive if he did not stop filming. The conversation took place in raised tones. When Maksat Zhaksybaev decided to call the police, the man immediately apologised to the film crew and left.
