In the proceedings of the Tole Bi District Court of the Turkestan region there was a claim for the protection of Akmaral, Dauren and Yerbol Madelkhanov's honour, dignity and business reputation and compensation of moral damages from journalist Lyazzat Asanova. On 13th June the court partially granted the claim : Lyazzat Asanova must pay 80,000 tenge to compensate for the moral harm of each of the plaintiffs and publish a refutation of the defamatory information.
