In Krasnodar, the blogger Leonid Kudinov was prosecuted under Article 20.3 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses (propaganda or display of Nazi symbols). He had posted a video entitled "Provoroninie News – Representative of “Artpodgotovka” arrested" on his YouTube channel on July 22, 2017, and the next day, in his blog on the “Echo of Moscow” website. On September 25, 2017, the court fined Kudinov one thousand roubles.
