The mayor of Dimitrovgrad, Aleksei Koshaev, instructed lawyers in the city administration to consider the possibility of charging the journalist Kyaman Kichemaikin for slander. On May 24, investigators were supposed to interview the journalist, but during the interview he suddenly became ill, and was taken away in an ambulance.
