The traffic police detained the freelance journalist after filming the trial of the blogger Maxim Filippovich. For refusing to follow them, the journalist was handcuffed to a tree. Then he was brought to the police station where a protocol was drawn upon him. As a result, Zhukovsky received two administrative fines, and his driving license was deprived for a year.
